Asset Tools was founded by Seth Kraus — US Army veteran — after 6 years running a Matco Tools distributorship across the NC Triad. He saw mechanics overpaying because of franchise markup stacked on wholesale markup stacked on corporate overhead. Asset Tools cuts all of that out.
We're not a franchise. We go direct — manufacturer to mechanic — and we bring the store to the shop. Our team runs routes, builds relationships, and backs every sale with real warranty support. It's old-school tool truck sales with a modern, direct pricing model.
